Who We Are

Lucas, a Weatherford, Texas native, graduated from Weatherford High School before heading to the oil fields of West Texas. There, he honed his excavation skills, clearing land, removing brush, and preparing site pads. After returning to Parker County, Lucas applied his expertise to manage his family's ranch, where he cleared land, installed roads, and solved drainage issues.

With seven years of experience, Lucas and PLM Services are ready to meet all your excavation needs.

Rodney brings 20 years of personal experience to local small businesses. For 8 years, he owned Home Energy Doctors, serving North Texas homeowners by installing insulation, HVAC systems, windows, and more. After moving to Weatherford in 2014, Rodney sold foam insulation for a company in Granbury. In addition to sales, he enhanced the company's marketing efforts by attending builders' meetings, posting weekly videos and pictures on social media, and securing new customer reviews on Google. This company still maintains a top Google ranking thanks to the foundation Rodney built six years ago.

Now, Rodney helps local small businesses enhance their digital presence and boost their online visibility.
